This page explains, plainly, how TNS10 and the people who promote through it make money — and what that means for you.
The short version
We are paid when you buy. TNS10 is a performance-marketing network. When you follow a link from one of our members and then buy something, subscribe, or complete another qualifying action, the merchant pays a commission. Part of that goes to the member who referred you; part goes to TNS10.
It costs you nothing extra. The price you pay is the merchant's price. A commission comes out of the merchant's margin, not out of your pocket.
How the links work
A member's link carries a code that identifies them — either a short link through go-tns.com or a normal link with a tracking parameter. When you click it we store a first-party cookie (tns_aff) for 90 days so the member is credited if you buy later. That cookie holds the member's handle and a click identifier. It does not hold your name, your email or your payment details.

What this does not mean
- It is not an endorsement by us. An offer appearing on the platform means a merchant has made it available and agreed commercial terms — not that we have tested it, vetted its claims, or recommend it for you.
- It does not change the merchant's obligations. Your purchase contract is with the merchant. Their delivery, billing, refund and support policies apply, not ours.
- It does not mean every review you read is neutral. Anyone paid on results has an interest in your buying. Read accordingly, and compare sources.
What we require of our members
Every member accepts the TNS10 Affiliate Marketing Agreement before they can promote anything. Under it, they must:
- Disclose clearly and conspicuously that they earn compensation, in a manner and placement compliant with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) — on every property and in every medium they use. Not buried in a footer, a bio link or a hover state.
- Never make an earnings, income, health, guaranteed-results or investment-return claim about us or any offer without our prior written approval of that specific claim.
- Never say anything about an offer that is false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or inconsistent with the merchant's own materials.
- Never use fabricated testimonials, fake reviews, fake scarcity or countdown timers, or synthetic media of a real person without their authorisation.
- Never present TNS10 or any offer as a multi-level marketing programme, business opportunity, franchise, investment or "get rich quick" scheme.
These are enforceable obligations, not suggestions. Breaching them permits immediate suspension, reversal of the affected commissions, and indemnification of us against the consequences.
If you see a member breaking these rules
Tell us. Send the link, a screenshot and the date to team@tns10.com and we will investigate. We would rather lose a member than let someone mislead you in our name.
Compensation to members
Members are paid only for verified performance — a sale, subscription, qualified lead or registration that the merchant confirms and that survives any refund or cooling-off period. No one is paid for joining TNS10 or for recruiting other members, except under a written referral programme they have expressly accepted.
